At Majors Golf, our mission is simple: to provide an accessible, welcoming, and technology-driven space for golfers of all levels to strengthen their skills and stay connected to the game — no matter the season.
We believe golf should be available year-round, not limited by weather or daylight. Our facility combines cutting-edge technology, real-time booking, and boutique retail experiences to make the sport more approachable, enjoyable, and inspiring for everyone.
How It Started
In the winter of 2025, founder Chris Walters traveled with his family to play golf in Naples, Florida. Like so many New England golfers, he discovered that months away from the course had left his game in disarray — proving how difficult it is to stay sharp during the off-season. That experience sparked the idea for Majors Golf: a place where golfers could practice, play, and improve all year long, right here at home.
His wife Kate immediately signed off on the idea, and they went to work. Realizing they weren't specialized in creating a brand, design, or constructing a facility, they hired local resources to help Majors Golf come to life. Octocog, a marketing and branding firm in Salem, helped Majors Golf come alive with the brand and website design. Pitman and Wardley, a local architect and design firm, worked around the clock to put together an amazing plan for our contractor, Groom Construction Company, to build out our state-of-the-art facility. Cheers to the many specialized advocates who helped us open up Majors Golf!

Majors Golf is proudly located near several high school and college golf programs as well as outstanding Northshore private and municipal golf courses. Our location provides a convenient and professional environment for students, coaches, and competitive players to train with the best technology available. Whether you’re an aspiring junior, collegiate athlete, or weekend golfer, Majors Golf is your home for improvement and connection.
