Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk: I understand the Activities involve inherent risks, including being struck by clubs or balls, slips/trips/falls, equipment malfunction, overexertion, and injuries to eyes, head, back, joints, and soft tissue. I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks, whether caused by me, other participants, or facility conditions.

Release and Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge Majors Golf, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and insurers (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities or presence on the premises, including claims of ordinary negligence.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my acts or omissions, my breach of this agreement, or my participation in the Activities.

Medical Fitness and Treatment: I certify I am physically able to participate, will follow instructions, and will stop if I feel unsafe or unwell. I authorize the provision of basic first aid and emergency medical care and accept responsibility for associated costs.

Safety Rules and Equipment: I will wear appropriate footwear; swing only within my bay; ensure the area is clear before swinging; use only provided or approved equipment; follow posted rules and staff instructions; report hazards immediately. No running, horseplay, or unsafe conduct.

Personal Property: I am responsible for my belongings. The facility is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
